Agreement

This agreement applies to your purchase of space rental from this Website. The parties to this Agreement are: (1) the person making the purchase, referred to throughout this Agreement as “You” or “your”, and (2) our company. SpaceJakarta.com is referred to in this Agreement as “Company”, “we”, and “us”.

We may make changes to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, but the latest version will always appear on this page. Any changes to this Agreement will apply to all new orders placed after the changes are published on the Website. You should review this Agreement before each order you place, in case there have been any changes since your last visit.

Separate terms and conditions apply to bookings with SpaceJakarta.com, and to your use of the Website. By using the Website (even if you do not purchase any goods) you also agree to be bound by the Website Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Website Terms of Use, this Agreement shall prevail.

Definition

In this Agreement, the following capitalized words have specific meanings. 'SpaceJakarta' means the Company that provides rental services on the Website. 'Website' means the SpaceJakarta.com website.

Order

Space rental is subject to date slot availability. We will also confirm space availability via email and text message. We strive to ensure that the details displayed on the Website are accurate and up-to-date. However, any errors or omissions in any information on the Website, or in any other communication or document issued by us, may be corrected without any liability on our part. We will reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel your order. Product images on the Website are for guidance only and may differ slightly in some respects. All weights and dimensions given are approximate. Before clicking the 'Confirm Order' button, you must check that your order summary is correct. You should print or save your confirmation email if you need to contact us about your order.

 Payment

All prices displayed on the Website include VAT and other applicable taxes. The listed price does not include additional fees for any extra services you may request from us. Orders can be paid for with credit or debit cards. In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement, the payment is non-refundable.

Contract Cancellation

This clause applies only to consumers. If you purchase the Product as or on behalf of a business, the rights set out in this clause do not apply to you. You may cancel the contract at any time within seven working days of signing the rental agreement, however, if payment has already been made, it will be considered forfeited (non-refundable).
